around exercise program that includes stretching, toning,
calisthenics and cardio vascular development. Adult classes
are for all levels, from beginner white belt to black belt, athletes
and non athletes. Its specially favorable for women interested in
physical fitness through a disciplined program. Available for
all levels and all ages. Students learn Self Defense,
Patterns, Sparring, Philosophy, and the incomparable experience of
making new friends that will last a life time. |
